Yoga:

Tuesdays 5:45 – 6:45 — Borealis Community Yoga in Medford Square. We practice Gentle Yoga with Meditation. The class will leave you relaxed and refreshed. All levels welcome.

Join Wendy Cook on an exploration of this unique perspective on how the muscles, connective tissue, and bones relate to one another. Then, Wendy leads you through practical exercises, a yoga practice, and meditation that together will bring more buoyancy, ease, stability and wholeness to your body and mind.

Alexander Technique:

I give one-on-one Alexander Technique lessons from my home studio in Lincoln, MA. Email to set up an appointment: wendy@lamayeshe.com or call 617-877-1700. Sliding scale $80-$65/hour. Though one or two sessions can be enough, it’s generally more beneficial to have a series over a period of time. Read this to get more of an idea of what a session entails.
